ICG Fit Camp Week 2 in the Books!

Week 2 of ICG Fit Camp is in the books. We went from 6 people week 1, to 12 people in week 2. ICG Fit Camp takes place one day a week and we strive to work on total body fitness. We start with a warmup, static stretching, and dynamic stretching. From there we incorporate exercises from powerlifting, to strongman, to crossfit and bodybuilding. Working on strength, coordination and confidence. We try to introduce 1 new exercise per week teaching proper form and technique. These workouts are challenging but also very fun!
