  • Tell us a little about yourself:  Married 20 years, 1 son (11 yrs old), like mountain biking and motocross.
  • Why ICG:  Best lifters I have ever met, willing to do anything for anyone. The brotherhood of the ICG is more concerned to make you a better lifter than they are themselves.
  • What got you into Powerlifting:  I wanted to do a bench press meet and the first one I did was the Summer Bench Bash for the ICG in 2009. I met the ICG brothers and I was hooked. I joined the ICG in Feb. 2010.
  • Supplements:  None
  • Favorite lift and why:  Bench press. I had a hip replacement and 3 pins put in the other hip. Squats are never going to happen and I have been deadlifting very slowly.
  • Favorite thing to eat after weigh ins:  Pasta
  • Favorite Lifter (outside of ICG):   Dennis Cieri
  • Biggest milestone:   The first time I benched over 400 lbs.
  • Toughest obstacle to overcome to date:  My hip replacement
