  • Tell us a little about yourself:   Married to my brilliant wife Heather and have an awesome 7 month old boy, Gideon Titus. I currently work as an Intervention Specialist and teach high school students with multiple disabilities.  
  • Why ICG: No greater gym in the world that has such quality lifters and supportive teammates…Men who represent themselves, the sport and the gym with pride and respect.
  • What got you into Powerlifting:  I joined the ICG with the intent of continuing to “workout”…after a few months in the gym, ICG members introduced me to training like a powerlifter…3 months later I set my first state record and was committed to getting better and making improvements in this sport.
  • Most notable accomplishments in powerlifting:   Still to come…400lb bench and 500lb deadlift in my 3rd weight class.
