  • Why ICG: I was invited to workout at ICG in the basement of the bookstore by Lonnie Atkins and I loved the intensity and the challenge ICG presented.
  • What got you into Powerlifting:  Lonnie Atkins was telling me about powerlifting and how great it was in 2008, I was just recovering from a hernia surgery and at that time I did not like one-rep lifts, I liked lifting heavy weights for a lot of reps, then in 2009 my stepdad died and it was a strong message that you only have one life, push the limits. In 2010 my legacy began with ICG!
  • Most notable accomplishments in powerlifting:   November 2010 I won a World Championship competing and beating equipped benchers and I was raw. In July 2012 I just set my personal best bench press of 556 lbs.
