  • Tell a little bit about yourself:    Love being a father and a husband. Love competing know matter what it is. Avid hunter, woodworker,and powerlifter.
  • Why ICG:   It was the first gym I found when I got back into powerlifting. They welcomed me with open arms and I have never looked back. Its the best brotherhood since leaving the USMC.
  • What got you into powerlifting:   Started training with a guy in the Marine Corps who was a powerlifter. Once you start getting stronger its hard to stop.
  • Most notable accomplishments:   Besides the state records, world titles, and I would say being invited to the Mr. Olympia Deadlift comp, Night of the Living Dead Deadlift comp., and the L. A . Fit Expo Deadlift comp all in the same year.
  • Favorite lift and why:    Deadlift, simple its what I am good at.
  • Favorite thing to eat after weigh in:    Anything sweet
  • Favorite lifter:   Tom Eiseman, Andy Bolton
  • Biggest milestone:     Induction into the WABDL Ohio Hall Of Fame.
  • Toughest obstacle to overcome to date  : Breaking a 13yr old WABDL Master men 40-46 deadlift record of 551lbs.
  • Best advice:   Keep your head down,your mouth shut and know when to volunteer.
